We offer a range of thoughtful mama-to-be and new mum gift packages for anyone who deserves some TLC.

Total Bump Bliss
Treat both mum-to-be and her bump with our Total Bump Bliss gift package which offers everything needed to feel relaxed, rebalanced and restored. We work individually with the lovely mum-to-be to design a bespoke plan just for them. They can choose six treatment sessions in total, whatever they feel would bring a sense of relaxation and wellbeing during their pregnancy. Treatments to choose from include pregnancy massage, maternity reflexology and osteopathy. Or they can learn all about Gentle Touch reflexology and Kids Reflex with a special antenatal session so they can learn ways to help their bundle of joy as soon as they arrive. This package can be enjoyed between day one of pregnancy and whenever that precious bundle of joy arrives!

New Mum Rebalance
Our New Mum Rebalance gift package is a perfect treat for a new Mum who is adjusting to everything motherhood brings, physically and emotionally. It will give her precious time to relax, help her body to gently return to its pre-pregnancy state and ease any discomfort she may be feeling. It can also help little one if they are having trouble settling, feeding or sleeping. We work individually with Mum and Baby to design a bespoke plan just for them, with four treatment sessions in total. To give you some idea of what the gift would include, here’s an example of a personalised New Mum Rebalance plan:

Fourth Trimester Healing Time
Also known as the fourth trimester, our Fourth Trimester Healing Time gift package is designed to provide everything needed to ensure the transition into parenthood is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We work individually with Mum and Baby to design a bespoke plan just for them with a choice of six treatment sessions for Mum and Baby. Here’s an example of the treatments that can be included in a personalised plan:
- Postnatal recovery massage
- Rebalancing reflexology treatments
